Totally OPPOSITE - (well that's my 'first impressions' evaluation of Prof Carroll Quigley. (AND, i don't believe i'll ever change my view). . . . .if u see it, then u see it - and if not, well maybe not ever - - Quigley is mechanical, i.e. just ALL Mechanical - juxtapose that w Mullins/Pound who give us SPIRIT ( a World of GOOD spirit vs BAD spirit - unseen Spirits, but of such depth that u can cut them w a knife ). .............. 1 example will suffice from Scripture bc it's so obvious. There was the good King Nehuchadnezer (the 1st, not the 2nd or the 3rd who lost it to the Medes) , who made Daniel the head of Taxation - having Divine wisdom, Daniel cleaned up fraud in the tax division (backed w the King's authority) and Babylon prospered from smallest to greatest - a pagan king, a pagan populace, and the Hand of GOD operating through a single entity (Daniel) and the nation flourished. . . . Isn't there a saying 'for forms of government, let fools protest - the best administered is the Best' . . let us recognize & honor Spirit above all in government - - - - blessings everyone
